People really need to read the OP and stop putting items explicitly listed as not sellable/tradeable in their lists.

They also need to stop putting items back in their lists that are removed for the same reason.

as stated in the OP:

Effective immediately (05/06/12), 160MSP codes are not tradeable/sellable. Attempting to trade/sell them will make you subject to an instaban. There are too many places for rampant abuse of collecting those codes, so they're not allowed to be traded/sold on here.

The 160 codes were won in a contest where a lot of people exploited the site to get way more than their fair share of codes. Historically MS has come back and banned accounts that have redeemed these codes, so trade for them at your own risk.

Also, I'm buying a joy ride turbo code for 400 MSP in bing points if anyone wants to sell.

Thank you to the mod for editing my post, I said what I said in haste and regretted it. Thanks for removing it.

Why is the "Nokia Amazing Everyday themed longboard free avatar prop" tradeable?

Those were exploited via URL modification just like the MSP were... I have seen people with hundreds of them. A bit unfair to ban Maw and RType that were obtained freely but legitimately from Raptr and not ban the exploited Nokia Windows Phone 7 longboard avatar props...

Yep, it's ridiculous how people are allowed to trade this and Wolfenstein mask, but R-Type/Maw are banned. This don't make any sense.

Also i see people keep breaking the rules here, trading banned stuff like Joe Mad avatar t-shirt...

Why don't you PM a mod or report the posts in question, since that gets our attention a little quicker than bitching about in a post in this thread?

is the only reason why the maw is banned because of the raptr thing.
not everybody could enter that. only americans and people on silver accounts.
i traded some msp for a code as i could not enter it.
