Ok, this is a weird question but was everyone's Wii sealed?

Yeah I got my system at Wal-Mart almost two hours ago and I just noticed there is no seal on the box. The cardboard flap just pulls out and the box opens. Does anyone else have a sticker seal on their system or were they all like this?

none of them have seals, they are just cardboard that can be opened right away

Yah none of the Wii's have seals, I noticed this after dealing with about 1000 a day.

I'm so glad someone else had this question. It's not weird at all. I wouldn't wanna buy an opened console at full price.

I'm about 85% sure that both the GC and DS were also not "sealed"....

Must be a Nintendo thing (probably saves them money).

As long as the packaging inside looks really neat and tidy it's probably unopened xD

The GC and DS had little round stickers over the flaps, which could be removed without damagine the cardboard.

DS and DS lite both had seals. Import DSes do not have seals.

Oddly enough, Wii Sports was better sealed than the system box itself.

Got mine at FYE and there wasn't any seal.

not sealed, and I'm pissed, cuz the box is dented in the corner too! I wanted minty fresh perfection. Oh well, I'm just gratefull to have one.
