Anyone know where I can find this game locally for a good price?

Apparantly some HMVs have them in stock but they are $40. While I will pay that price if I have to, I'd love to find something closer to the $19.99 Amazon.ca had (and sadly sold out of before my order was shipped)

at the time tho...they had a sale on CLEARANCE games...

Okami is one of them and I found it in the bin, and not the wall...
 
Thanks for the advice. I bought it from Goomba for $25usd shipped, great price, looking forward to getting it.

Also, I did check HMV and the Sherway location does have 1 copy at $40. Might be worth keeping an eye on if they ever have a clearance sale.
