This one's slightly tongue in cheek, since I'm not sure whether this music is actually good or if it's just nostalgia. Reading about it now, this game was apparently terrible, yet somehow I remember loving it. Well, I was 10 when it came out, so who knows.

That Silver Surfer song is bad ass. It's amazing how rockin' NES songs could get.
Also anything from Shenmue is going to be beautiful. That's a top notch cinema soundtrack.
