Out of Area Deals

Hey guys I was wanting to know if there are CAGs that pick up games that are on sale for members out of area.

For example, I don't have a Target in my area and was wanting to know if anyone could possibly get me the B1G1 deal? Would pay with PayPal and cover shipping costs. Looking for the Ninja Gaiden vita games as well as UMVC3.

Maybe this could be the thread for these sort of inquiries. If it is the wrong section please let me know.

Yeah it's an unadvertised deal on certain games... but the list is actually quite good. Lot of good Vita games. I don't have the full list on me but I saw it in the Video Game deals section.
