Pangya Fantasy Golf $14.99 -- Best Buy

I know this has been at times cheaper, but usually not (such as being $28 at Amazon right now). Good enough price for whim purchase if like me you find it on the shelf at Best Buy during a mall visit, especially if the local Gamestop doesn't have it. Also:

gamestop has it for 10.00 been 10 since thanksgiving but nice find if your gamestop doesnt have it

I found one copy when I went to use my rewards zone certificate, but ended up buying Raiden IV instead, since there are copies at gamestops around me. But yes, it is a nice price, especially to have Kooh on the back cover.

it show as in stock used on gamestop.com for 8.99 and says it's guaranteed to come with original box and manual.

Got it for $9.99 at Gamestop when it first went on sale. Best golf game on the PSP, IMHO, I didn't think HSG2 could be beat. But it did.

Started it up and really enjoying it. Glad I picked it up then and there rather than wait any longer. And it will be my go-to game if snowed in in the next day or two.
