I get what you mean. It's a sad story all around. It's hard for me to have an opinion on the matter (except, you know, that the whole situation kinda sucks) without knowing PJ's finances. On one hand, I think studies show that happy and healthy workers translates to better business, on the other, it's his business and he can run it as he wishes. If people don't like how he runs it, then they can just not go there. Conversely, if people like what he's doing, then they can support it. Each side will think the other is wrong for doing so.
I laugh because of all the comments about the quality of his pizza.
