You need to complete an offer. Basically signing up for Netflix or Blockbuster under the Offers tab.
 
I'll be takin you up on a couple of those sites. Later but I don't have the money to do them right now. But I bookmarked it for future use.

PR is always adding new offers. I've been a member since 2007 and they add new ones almost every day.
 
Can some1 sign up under my accounts? I'm wondering if they're frozen or not... I used to get 3+ more per day, but now I haven't been able to get any for the past week.
