When I send money from my bank to my pp acct, am I charged those stupid fees the same as when I receive money from a person? The 2.9% + 0.30cents base or whatever? If so, I won't even bother transferring any.

i dont mind waiting, but im going to be putting in like $500, and 3% of that isn't worth losing.

I have never been charged for it. The most important thing to remember with paypal is that its free to the buyers.
