Hello Everyone,
I recently purchased a phone off ebay(n95) for 400 bucks. The seller described it as the real one with gps, wifi, etc. A couple of days after a bought it, I get an email from ebay not to go through with the transacton and he was no longer a registered user. So I went to paypal to file item not recieved dispute. A couple days later he responces with tracking. So, i was kinda excited. Today the package came. He sent me an empty box with all the accessories in it, no phone. Paypal is definaitly going to side with him as the dispute stands now. I need to change my dispute to item not as descibed and send that crap back to him.
Anyone know if you can file a dispute twice or change the dispute?
what are my options?
