So i just set up a paypal account. Can i start recieving money through paypal even if i dont have a bank account verified yet? and from there can i send money etc.....? Thanks in advanced.....

if you have entered credit card, you can send and receive money.

You either need to:
1. enter a bank account, wait a few days for the deposits to show up and verify.
2. Enter a valid credit card.


Until you do one of those two options, you won't be able to send money.

dream on. You only get a verified PP account when you give them your SSN or bank accout number.
