Paypal sending limit question

I'm down to $180. and I need $320. I ran out of sending limit before but created a new account. Can I create another one and get a new sending limit? Same CC and everything?

edit; obiviously for the dumbasses out there who will state this and think i'm stupid or something, I will close my existing account first, and then create the new one.

No, you either need to upgrade your account or set another one up under a different credit card.

I'm not sure what upgrading your account requires, if it is simply verifying your address or adding a bank account.

It also resets every year I think. Something to look into if it happens that you are close to your anniversary date.
