I've got a few questions about PayPal. >.< First off; how does it work? Are there a lot of fees? And since I'm only 17... but have a bank account and debit card, am I not allowed to sign up for PayPal? And just one more question. I think remember reading on the site that you don't need a bank account for PayPal. Is is true? And if so, how does it work?

-It works by either applying a credit card or a bank account to your name.
-I think the age limit is 13, so your good on that.
-You don't need a bank account - you could just use credit cards.
