PC - Doctor Who Adventure Games now at Direct2Drive for non-UK customers - $3.70

Although there is no official announcement on the BBC site, Direct2drive.com has been offering the Doctor Who games for sale to non-UK users since yesterday afternoon. Later in the day, they went on sale for $3.70 (from $4.95).

At $8.95, I don't know if it's really a deal, but there they are. Episode 4 is actually a pre-order, but you get both for that price.

Wish this included the Mac versions too. Mac versions are available freely on the BBC website, but no such luck on D2D or anywhere else I know of.

Hm. Well, this is all the information available on that:

IGN are the exclusive international distributors for Doctor Who:The Adventure Games on behalf of BBC Worldwide. BBC Worldwide are currently offering a PC-only version and are considering a Mac version for future release.

Aren't there virtualization applications that allow you to run Windows on your computer? I'm surprised you don't already have one of those if you play games on your computer; it's my understanding that Macs still have a comparatively-sparse catalog of native games at this point.
