PC headset on xbox/ps3?

CAGiversary!
i just grabbed a razer headset for my pc and was wondering what adapters i would need to use them on my xbox and ps3? and is there any way for me to hear game audio through them as well, like the way turtle beaches work?

You need to connect your headset to something that out puts the audio.

Easiest way:

Have HDMI set to video and your composite cable (red, white and yellow) set to audio. Now you will need some what on connecting your 3.5mm headset to audio. Something like this can be used:

or

You will have 2 problems in this set up:

1. Volume control. The Astro mixamp solves this problem. If you do not purchase a mixamp, then hope to have a volume control on your headset.

2. Mic. You should be able to just pull in the mic jack into the x360 controller. For the PS3 you will either need to use the official PS3 bluetooth in its cradle or connect the mic plug into a singstar dongle.

It's some messy work, but it is possible. I got my old school sennheiser's from 5+ years ago working on my PS3.

hm...i may just have to grab a universal turtle beach instead, itll end up being cheaper and easier.
alright, thanks a bunch!
