Well from my 1 time experience (This deal) it seems like it's simply tied to your account and you download whenever. I think the only DRM is from PopCap which is a 5 activation limit, that can be reset if you email them.
 
Just bought a the game too bad I couldnt use it on my mac since the box art said I could but I have windows and i am downloading it now.
Edit: The activation worked. And they charged my card the right amount seems legit as it can get.
 
Not really a deal at $6.99. You can get it for that price anytime you want from Bigfishgames

With all of the free/discounted games they've given away in the past year or two, I would prefer seeing them supported over a relatively unknown company.
 
It's legit. But as with all some-what unknowns, or with any online purchases in general People need to be observant to what happens on their cards and accounts.
