Phantasy Star Zero (NDS) - Otaku.com?

My brother is interested in the game "Phantasy Star Zero" for Nintendo DS.

I found it dirt cheap here:

Looks like it's the Japanese version, but it says it will play in US DS' (not sure how the Japanese version compares to the English version though - thoughts?)

I've never heard of this site or ordered from them before; is it a good buy or a scam?

DS games are region free so they will play on any DS. However the text are in Japanese

I thought that might be the case; that might be a deal breaker for my brother.

Either way, a new release NDS game for $10? Sounds almost too good to be true. Maybe the shipping is ridiculous or something.

This game is around $35 shipped new. Probably cheaper on ebay.

Well the Japanese version is nearly a year old now, and the game pretty much bombed in Japan. There were some Japanese stores selling copies for about $5, so it's no surprise this site can afford to sell it for $10.
