Live from gamescom in COLOGNE, Germany, Sony announced the release date for the PS4 is November 15, 2013 in US and Canada.

It will be released in Europe on November 29, 2013

i cant see microsoft releasing xbone before this date. was really hoping for a new game reveal at this conference.
