Only bad because at the end it seems like you're pressing pause for 8 months.
It's a lot liek the original, there's just no in-depth character development in the first, which captivates and interests you outright. You already know all of these characters, so they're not as dynamic at this point.
Norrington got some decent development, and this movie really made me like him as a character over-all, moreso than the original.
Bloom's character [can't remember the name] needs to be killed off, and I was disappointed it didn't happen in this installment.
