Power cord question

The ps3 is mainly in my room. However, there are times when I would want to bring it out to the family room and watch movies/game because it's a bigger screen and whatnot. A while back I bought power cords from monoprice and they look like they would work for a PC. If I used this cord for the living room, would I have to worry about anything or would I be fine with it? If I do need a certain cord...can someone tell me which one to get?

The PS3 uses the standard PC power cord so what you have should do the trick.
