Price drop on some used 360 games at EB

Burnout Paradise is a whole lot of game for 5 bucks, especially with all the free DLC they've released. Big Surf Island is totally worth it when you're done with the main game, but that's gonna take a while!

I platinum'd the PS3 version, but I'm debating if I should just get the 360 version and replay the whole thing, plus I'd like a physical copy since I got the PSN version for PS3.

You can probably get the pure/batman combo pack on ebay for the price of 1 of those.

bioshock and burnout are a great deal at be prices, but have been readily available on goozex for around that for ages.

Ghost recon was the first game I got for my nephew when he got a 360 years ago. It was 6.99 at eb then, went up shortly after. All this time for it to go lower

You're actually downloading the premium DLC as well. The "DLC" you buy in the PSN Store, it's just a 100KB unlock key, like with Mega Man 9/10. I remember getting 400MB updates for Burnout Paradise every time new premium DLC came out, kinda annoying when you're not buying it (some were just silly car packs). They might do this for the online play, or else you'd only see half the cars :lol:

eh. iirc, all the important additions were the free ones anyway like motorcycle gameplay, etc. And even then, whatever DLC that they give out for free is a significant chunk that dwarfs even most other game's paid DLC.

You're forgetting Big Surf Island! That's the only premium DLC I bought and it was totally worth it, imo. After all, it's a big chunk of land they added to the original map, so you're really getting a lot of content from it. From the criterion site:

"If you want a taste of what the island is all about, head for the airfield, quarry or beach in Burnout Paradise right now and imagine an area the size of Downtown dedicated to that kind of gameplay"

I got it for the PSN too, but I'm thinking of buying the disc and playing it signed out of the PSN so it won't get patched and I can play the original game again how it was when I first bought it.
 
I grabbed Bioshock for $5 last night. The disk looked like someone played frisbee with it in a gravel pit, but I installed to the HDD and it works like a charm. Thanks for the heads up.

I actually had Paradise before, I needed to throw it in when I was selling my old PS3. I didn't really mind it it at the time, but I actually do miss that game.

I've always been curious about ProStreet :/ I need to find these magic Blockbusters in Waterloo; the ones near the schools don't have too much.
 
Hmm Assassin's Creed for $10? I might rebuy that.

I played Assassin's Creed before and found it boring. Then I used it for T3.

I played AC2 and enjoyed it greatly however.
 
So i saw this under the new posts section and I was all excited to see Bioshock for $5... then i realized this is the Canada forum... Darn you Canadians!
