It's not a bad price for me, I'll just make up the difference once I'm done playing it by trading it for another X360 game.
 
worth rental but not worth owning it imo. beat it once and never intended to play it ever again, and online mode sucks. sold it on ebay after i beat the storymode.

it's definite rental that most 360 owners should play once though
 
Just a bump and a little FYI:

I got the Prey LE from the GS in N. Attleboro, MA today, which was stickered at $29.99 used. I don't know if this is the universal price, or just a mis-tagging by the store, but worth checking out if you want the LE.
 
Wal Mart B&M has the CE version for $29.92 new.

This one is not YMMV, but a home office price change.
 
Not worth it... I bought the collectors edition when it first came out... looks cool for the first 10 minutes... then gets pretty repetitive.

Rental for sure. Fun rental though!
 
Didn't this go down a couple months ago? Anyway, it's not that good. I'd say wait till it's $20 (i.e. right after Christmas)

Yep, the consensus is Prey is a rental. I'd probably pay $20 new then trade it or sell it locally for $15.
