Pricing error or scam on Ocarina of Time 3DS?

I saw on Amazon that there is a 3rd party seller selling LoZ:OoT 3DS for like $5+about $5 shipping. I've never heard of anyone being scammed on Amazon, so I'm wondering if it's worth trying?

Oh WOW! They're, just, giving things away! I haven't shopped at Amazon before, but with this seller, I am SO in for NONE of what they sell! LOL!

Don't trust them! They have ZERO feed back and ridiculous prices!

I've been scammed on Amazon before (anime bootlegs). Never buy from a "Just Launched" seller unless you're willing to risk the annoyance of having to return something/file a claim. Amazon does cover a lot of stuff with their A-Z Guarantee, so you probably won't lose money, but it's still frustrating. I'm actually involved in a claim right now with a seller :/
