Pricing on an Elite

I have no clue what used Xboxs are woth anymore and I seen this on Craigslist. Seems like a good deal and wanted some other opinions. This is the ad.

The 1 month Xbox live card tells me they probably sent it in to MS. So they either bought a new one already as a replacement and want to get some money back or are just giving up on the Xbox.

I'd offer $200 max and see if they bite

Just to throw in my two cents and back up the other two, yeah, this is almost definitely an MS refurb. If you can get it cheap, go for it. If not, pass.
