TNA announced some deal with Destination America for TV starting in January. Can't wait to start continuing to not watch it.
Good for people having a place to work I suppose, but I can't imagine pay will be as good as it was previously, and I was kind of hoping it would vanish and the talent that was worth a damn could go to better promotions (ROH, PWG, Lucha Underground, and whatever GFW turns out to be...even if it's just a bridge to America for Japan and Mexico promotions).
Best part of the press release:
"With top series that explore unique American cultures and ways of life – including Mountain Monsters, A Haunting, Hillbilly Blood, Buying the Bayou, Buying Alaska, Ghost Asylum and BBQ Pitmasters – Destination America’s programming spans the nation from Alaska, Hawaii and Colorado to Louisiana, West Virginia and communities in between."
Highly prestigious for TNA, but this better not cut into my BBQ Pitmasters time. Can't wait for the Hillbilly Blood / TNA promotional crossover episodes.
