Hey guys, ive been selling a lot of items on ebay recently, and after 20 or so auctions I decided to start selling overseas for the added market. I havent had trouble at all, and a lot of my items are getting attention from overseas buyers.
About a month ago I sold some lego to a buyer from Australia, who claims he hasnt received his items yet. I sent the items out on the 27th of august and I talked with him numerous times over the month regarding his items. I sent the items first class international, so no DC# is provided. He has filed a claim on ebay, but it looks like they're actually siding with me at the moment.
Is there any advice you CAGs have to avoid issues like this again? I think on every auction im now going to add some additional information on international shipping, but any comments would be appreciated!
