A couple weeks ago I noticed that my Target dropped this to $29.99 for absolutely no reason. I've even checked some other Targets and they still had it for full price. However, I'd much prefer to get it for the Xbox instead, and we never had it to begin with. Has anyone else seen this drop at least for the PS2 version elsewhere?

Yes... exactly same scenerio here (Pittsburgh) at my Target. 29.99 for PS2 version only... but still 49.99 for the Xbox version... strange, indeed.

In fact, I went again on Saturday and same thing.

Ummm, Target... drop the Xbox version to 29.99, also.... kthx
