that's the thing. i'm not a member either .. i hold out using my 3 month cards when i see a free game i really like to have .. and i wonder if it's good enough to use just to get in on this sale.

I don't see the need for me to buy the membership honestly. I rarely buy games off of PSN, so the savings is kinda pointless for me.

I can understand that. i have member ship cards but i just don't know if i wanna use it for the sale for this here game. which was enjoyable for what i played .. but enjoyable enough to warrant me to use a PS+ card just cause the game will be cheaper. if i didn't have cards i wouldn't buy the membership for just this discount. also none of my close friends buy digital games really anyways.

Would it be cheaper for you to use the card and get the discount, or save the cost of the card and pay full price? :) If I were in your position I'd probably use my card if there were a whole suite of deals I wanted to take advantage of, or like you said, a couple free games I knew I could 100% within 3 months.

Spelunky and Mystara are both great games and well-deserving of their reputations, but at the end of the day you're really only looking at $10-20 savings by jumping in now assuming you wanted both of them.

i wish i had that mindset still back when i was heavily into Trophy hunting. i never really had much interest in Spelunky to be honest. i think i would rather buying and playing spelunker. i dunno. BUT out of curiousness Jogurt, what games do you know you can 100% that are from this month ?

Bought MvC: Origins and Spelunky from this sale. Spelunky, especially, at that price is a steal. Even better if you've got a Vita to play it on.

 
Still debating on what to get. Marvel vs Capcom Origins looks tempting as well.

well free or not at least you get to own it and don't need a PS+ to play it then .. and your supporting the games. so that's cool too. i'm getting it cause of how many people say the game is awesome.

 
Oh, man, God of War is a 34GB download. Took me an hour just to download DmC the other month. Dunno if I should just get the physical copy instead?

I can vouch for this now. Good recommendation. I've also noticed it on a few GOTY lists recently, too. Looks beautiful on the Vita; the glow effects over top the cartoon aesthetic are radiating.

I just bought the Vita version and the PS3 version said purchased as well. So $3.75 for both platforms is an absolute steal.
