If anyone is looking for a Vita, AWD has "like new" systems for$154. That's the lowest price I've seen on those in a while. On mobile so I don't have the link handy.

For anyone looking to import some games: Play Asia has free shipping this week on orders over $10 and now they have a code BLUECODE for $5 off.
I normally deal with Heavy Arm now for my ASIA English releases, but this deal was to good to pass up(Free shipping & $5 off). I went ahead and grabbed Dragon Quest Builders for the Vita, and it was $41 shipped, not bad.

Are these the newer version or the older OLED ones? I kinda want the newer one....

Edit- It looks like the newer one, but when buying used I feel like there is a good shot I may get the wrong one.
I would be pretty certain these are the new model. The older OLED models are almost impossible to find new in the package. Also this is AWD and I assume if they say "like new", they really should be in great shape.

EDIT: And if any of these were in fact"like new" OLED Vitas, I'd buy one immediately. They're almost impossible to find complete and LN anymore. I already have 6 Vitas though (2 1000s and 4 2000s), so it's hard to justify any more lol.

I just did the same. Been waiting on this one for a while, but like you said, too good to pass up.

Am I the only one that missed the button to enter coupon/promo code like 5 times? I was about to post a question here when I finally noticed it.

I have to google that code bar every fuck ing time, so no, your not the only one. I look for it several times, and then I have to look it up, as I only use codes there maybe once a year, and I forget each time.

You have to go through the normal checkout process in order to enter the code.

If you've already logged in through Paypal, close your window, and check out normally to get the code bar to show up during checkout.

If you need to adjust payment method with Paypal, once you get to the end before you confirm, just go back to the main page, and then checkout out with Paypal there, and the code will stay in your cart during the Paypal checkout process, and will show on the final checkout page.

It's rather annoying at times, but I don't shop at Play-Asia because they have a great website. :D

It's on the payment method page. Look for a small green oval below the 5 different payment options.
That page doesn't show up if you go straight to the Paypal checkout button.

That's where the confusion seems to be.

I had to switch to IE because Google chrome wouldn't take me to that page and I wasn't allowed to edit payment for some reason.
If you already logged into Paypal checkout, and then tried to do it again without clearing the cache (typically just closing out the browser), it wouldn't have worked.

It's a mess. :*(

What does SFM stand for?
Source Filmmaker. It's a simple 3DCG animation program for PC that Valve released a few years ago that lets people play around with 3D models and animate them using the Source engine. There's a huge variety of 3D models ripped from games available in the SFM community, and as you might expect, the program very quickly ended up being primarily used for porn. These days a lot of SFM users have graduated to more professional programs like Maya or Blender, but they're still mostly using ripped game models with, ah... modifications.

As you might expect, the DOA girls are fairly popular subjects.

Thanks for the info. I would like to look into this and see what talent I can find from these SFM users...

How creepy is DOAX3? Owner mode looks straight up uncomfortable; is there enough to do outside of that to justify interest?
The options are Vacation mode and Owner Paradise.

Vacation mode is about playing minigames until the girls are happy then having a chance at giving them a couple pieces of string with jewels attached to them and a ticket to make them do a pole dance. If they didn't accept you can outright pay about $10 USD equivalent to force acceptance. After completing multiple vacations with a girl, lotions to change breast bounciness and shape become more effective. Technically you're playing as the girl then owner mode is a separate picture taking mode for the minigames/events with its own exclusive swimsuits and money reserve.

As the owner level rises through completing quests (do x 5 times in girl mode, beat an opponent without losing, spend money in owner mode) some extra items unlock. Most notable are a time stop item and a fan item that damages the girls clothes when upgraded. They don't react to the change in dress and everything stays glued in place. At level 30, replay modes start to unlock followed by a pictorial mode. The replay modes all share the same swimsuit, tan, and wetness controls and allow re-watching events with a free camera. Pictoral mode was a late addition to the game that lets you set a location and pose for a girl (each obtained through more gift giving and minigames.) The girl will then perform the pose but if you start taking dirty images or blowing them with the fan they cover themselves and say to stop. If you stop they go back to doing the pose, but continuing causes them to scream and the game fades to black (the time stop hour glass still works.)

They were going to add a PSVR mode with a poking function but it seems to have gone too far even for the Japanese, it was delayed, and they made it just pictorial mode without a fan.

Of note for the Vita version is that they made most of the later swimsuit catalogs PSN downloads so a lot of stuff is region locked. It also doesn't have butt bounce and many swimsuit components are replaced with flat textures.

Not really creepy, I guess it's as "creepy" as reading a Playboy Magazine or watching an episode of Baywatch. Owner mode doesn't even give you a character, it's not like you are their perverted old man manager or anything, more like a outside 3rd person computer, in fact, owner mode was pretty much the same as playing as the character, besides a few different modes/camera angles, and using different currency. You don't even interact with them as an owner, unlike how you get addressed in Neptunia PP.

Honestly, there isn't much to do, and the mini games get extremely repetitive. The only reasons I see for playing it are for eye-candy, trophies, or if you are a super DOA fan, because there is a minuscule amount of canon from the series that gets addressed in the game.

From everything I'm hearing it sounds like there's even less focus on gameplay and more focus on pure eye candy than in the previous DOAX games. I think I'll skip. I love DOA, but the focus on fan service in this generation (5 and X3) is a little high for my tolerance levels.

I would say any DOA fan, even a super one, is going for the mapping starts with an f

I honestly don't recommend this game. I find the full 100% grind to be extremely bleak and depressing. That being said, it is better than previous DOAX games in my opinion. So if you enjoy the previous games, it's certainly an improvement.

So are you saying the in game is better or is the offscreen gameplay better?

Haha good one...though I would really like an answer. I'm severely tempted esp since there is free shipping. I already have Super Robot Wars V coming in.....so I could make a seperate order cause of the free shipping. I do like Gundam stuff....mainly old school Gundam, so i'm sure it'd be right up my alley. Just wondering if the story/characters are presented well and how fun the battles are.

I'm super tempted by the Gundam G Genesis game. Anyone played it? I'm already ordering SRWV so I was thinking about it too.
It's only the Universal Century games up to Unicorn I think? If you want a SD Gundam game with English subtitles sure. But half(?) of the game is all sidestories from the One Year War, which is laughable as you will get access to Neo Zeon weaponry pretty quickly.

Stick with Overworld if you crave your Wings, G Gundam, and SEED designs.
