PS1 games on craigslist

I saw these listed on Craigslist.
I was thinking of offering $40.
Is that to high or low?
I'm not so interested in FM3 or PE so I'd sell/trade them off.
The other 3 looking interesting.

Alundra II
Front Mission 3
Parasite Eve

I'm not familiar with some of the games on the list, but I can tell you that 3 years ago I bought PE for something like $5. None of those seem to be really rare or hard to find titles. I'd open lower.
