Saw these on the latest markdowns on gamestops site, and thought they were good enough deals to make a topic about.

The first item is the Motorola Gaming Headset X205, slimier to the 360 version that was on sale elsewhere a few weeks ago. While I can't confirm it, since it uses a USB port, it will most likely also work on a PC or also PS3, but even if they don't, for $.99 is a great bargain. Found on the site here:

The other is the EdgeFX Controller. Don't know to much about it, but from the looks of it its a super gimmicky controller, but for $3 its cheap enough IMO to randomly try and hope it works somewhat decently. Uses the PS2 controller port in case any of you care. Here it is on the site:

Both are out of stock online, but there is a decent chance they have it in stock in store, so check it out.

Thanks, OP. Unfortunately, no headsets within distance. Don't really know what I would have used it for, but at 99 pennies, I would have figured something out.
does anyone know if u can use the edge fx on ps3
Not, sure. But I'd like to know. There is a ps3 version called the FragFX.

In stores it is also part of the "Gamer Days" sale. So half off that whopping 2.99 for the Edge FX. Mine cost a whole $1.60 after tax.

I figure if it doesn't work after I get an adapter, I can always Garage Sale it for $5.

Picked up the last headset in town...

Not a bad headset at all considering it has volume and mute abilities....
