This is the US version actually. You can tell by the ESRB rating, and a search reveals the Asia and Europe versions are out of print/out of stock.

Might as well pick it up. Usually you won't find these niche jrpgs any cheaper, usually they go up in price because of the low print stock.

It is basically a tradition turned based jrpg. As to whether it is good or not depends on the person. Personally I think it is really mediocre but it is basically my only turn based jrpg fix for this gen so I'm okay with it.

They're porting this to the Vita with enhanced features. I don't think it's been announced for the US yet, but I'm personally holding out for that.
