PS3- BUZZ Quiz TV with Buzz Buzzers

Newegg had it for $42 shipped a few weeks back. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes on sale again soon. Keep your eyes peeled :)

I also saw a set of 4 ps2 buzzers (wired, but work with ps3) for $5 used at Gamestop. So for $47, I was able to get an 8 player game going. Pretty sweet :).
 
Sony sent out a $5 coupon at launch, but it was only for BB and it ran out in October.

Probably Newegg/Amazon will be your best bet.
