It's not horrible by any means, but I'm sure the 360 version is the better one. With the PS3, the main problems were mostly just online connectivity with multiplayer. Apparently they're fixed now due to the new patches. I haven't tried them out myself yet, though.
Overall, I didn't see much difference between MW 1 & 2 (which I own on 360) and Black Ops (which I own on PS3.)
