They're not hard to obtain from the facebook game if you really want them. About 90% of the locations for the rooms you need to find are posted in the thread for it.

When you look at your downloads you should see the demo at about 500mb, the game itself at a about 6kb and a theme bundle. Install the demo then install the game (it just unlocks the full game from the demo).

What he ^ said.

You download the "demo" and then the "full game" and then you can play the full game. This is because the demo contains the full game, but you can't play it unless you unlock (buy it). The code unlocks it for you. :)

It said the same thing when I redeemed my own code.

The code unlocks 3 items.

Bf: 1943 Theme
Bf: 1943 Full Game (6kb)
Bf: 1943 Demo (~500 Mb)
 
You posted at 12:15 and reguard posted at 12:18 that he had already redeemed it. By the time sgtramirez posted (4:14) the code was gone. You're probably getting that message because sgtramirez is using an already redeemed code and all it gives now is a demo. Has happened to me before.
 
I actually inputted the code a few minutes after it was posted. I just used my phone and could not post that I used it until much later.

But it was just for the trial. Thanks for the opportunity though.
