I think you mean $39.99 new. The collector's edition is that price most places as well, though. Checked Best Buy, Amazon, and EB/GS.

Hmm, You're right. Must've been just a weekly sale at Gamestop, 'cause I'm sure I saw it for $29.99 shortly. Anyhow, not looking to pay more than $30.00 shipped.
