ps4 CUH1200 and up or older model?

hey does any one know if the destiny taken king ps4 and call of duty black ops 3 ps4 bundle is the newer ps3 model CUH1200 and up or the older models?

also which one would you guys suggest?

Taken King is the new model.  If I have to guess COD will also be new model
