Don't worry, UPS screwed with me too. They left it at a facility for 2 days because I made an address change. 

Then when I told them to deliver my PS4 to the 6th floor to my desk, they took it to the 7th floor admin services.

How do you mess this up?

Definitely never going to use UPS if I have a choice, because their service is garbage.
