Possibly the Retail Employee Program. If you work at Best Buy, or some Main Chain that sells Video Games. Sony would gives codes to them through the site.

God of War, Detroit codes spiked months afterwards.

My guess would be the Spider-man PS4 console bundle that was big during the holidays.

You guys should put prices. No one is going to contact you and waste time asking for a too high price

 
A lot of times people who don't list their prices asks you to offer your own price and when you offer to low they just ignore you and don't answer. But it's only logical that buyer will offer lowest price because no one dont want to offer more than seller expects. So yeah, listing prices are better for both sides.
