No. Best Buy Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase prepaid open-loop cards and third-party gift cards (including iTunes, Google Play, gaming or any other prepaid gift cards or codes).

I tried every loophole in the book to use my certs and nothing worked lol. I am sitting on $200 with nothing to buy.

I could use some Best Buy credit so if no one else gets to it first I've got some PSN credit and can help you out once I get home.
