PSN Gameshare Question

I searched a bit on the forums and Google and couldn't find anything on thsi topic. So...

If you trade login info with someone, set each others up and download each others games/add-ons, can you delete that persons account and still have access to them? Does the account on five systems only count concurrently or is there some issue with adding, removing over and over?

the sign-on that owns the content has to be saved on your system, or all the files become locked.

Thanks. Yeah, I was reading through the sticky. Can't read 100 pages without losing my mind, but a search didn't result in anything. I figured that's how it'd work though.
