PSN in Asia

got a major question burning in my head all this time...

does PSN live work in asia (Bali)? say if I bring my PS3 for summer vacation then connect it to local wi-fi?

can I even play PSN games w/o connected online?

I don't see why not, but you will need to overcome the power outlet problem first... Unless you're staying in one of the "westernized" hotel, i'm pretty sure you need a power converter of some sort.
