Was wondering, if a friend of mine brought me back a PSN card from the UK, could I use that card (and a UK account) to download and play one of their regional PSOne classics on my NTSC PSPGo?
As long as the account is activated for that game you want to play, I don't see why not. I've never played around with the different PSN stores though.
