It's nice to see that Konami is only partially ignoring Suikoden's existence (giving us a sale, but not releasing II) instead of completely ignoring it.

 
There's no movie update this week. What the cock.

I did see a banner for $15 back when you spend $100 on my Vita. It's not there anymore and I don't see any mention of it on the PlayStation blog, so they probably jumped the gun a bit. It said it was good till the end of October so it should start soon.

Any thoughts on Suikoden 1?  I currently have a large no huge backlog to work through but I enjoy traditional JRPGs.  Wondering if it's worth it.

I bought Harmony of Despair a while back and it only seemed worth it if you are going to play co-op, playing solo was not very fun IMO. Haven't bought any of the DLC for it so no comments on that.

I'm also curious about the LOS 2 DLC, since I just purchased the disc based game a week or 2 ago from gamefly.

Completely worth it if you have never played it. Reminds me of when I sold Suikoden I and II to some guy in college for like $200.

 
Nothing for me this week. Was hoping for Rayman Legends or Far cry 3 to be on sale.

Any word on what games will be free for PS Plus in october?

3.5 GB is the combined size of the PS3 & PS4 versions of the game. The PS3 version is 1.4 GB.

Worth every penny. I only got halfway through my first playthrough though, this was an instant pickup so now I can beat it on my vita.

 
Where is Suikoden 2? I thought I remembered that being announced awhile ago.

If they were going to put up more Suikoden games, why wouldn't it be one of the PS2 ones? People might actually play those. They are not going to play an old PS1 game that looks like an SNES game that's famous for being expensive on eBay instead of a good game, though it is.

Well that's disappointing, but I guess it isn't all that surprising since Konami never gave a damn about promoting it here (then again, I don't know if it ever could have sold well given Americans' distaste for titles that aren't English). Good thing for emulation.

It even pays to wait for PSOne classics these days. I bought too many games that I didn't think there would be sales for such as Wild Arms, Suikoden, and Legend of Dragoon.

 
Awesome. I've been looking for deals on a physical copy of New Little King Story, but this price can't be beaten for a digital copy. Here is to hoping that it doesn't became a free game on PS+ anytime soon.

There is no US retail version of this game, only digital. Anything you can find that is physical is an import (probably from UK).

 
If anyone else is like me and tempted by that $8.99 sale price for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, you can save almost 20 GBs of space on your PS3 and get a physical copy of it from Amazon, also for $8.99 shipped with Prime.  I couldn't pass up that price!

Somewhat disappointed, Driveclub and Pix are the only games I don't own. Arkham Asylum? Really? Who hasn't beaten this game yet?
Oh well, can't win every month.
 
Well, the one silver lining is that D&D: Mystara will see more activity online than ever before, even more than its release. Love that game. Do I want to play it again though... there should be an option to stop spells from pausing the game.
