I wouldn't jump to conclusions that quickly. Driveclub seems to have some server issues going on right now, so they may be waiting a bit to get that fixed first instead of unleashing the freeloading hounds all over it.

Oh I wasn't being serious lol I just think it's funny that Sony promoted this game at launch and 11 months later it launches and has all these issues. I haven't been able to get online at all since last night, but I think that's a PSN problem instead of a Drive Club problem.

The Call of Duty cross buy sound good, But the season pass sounds like you don't get any maps till all 4 pack are out

Please Note: Season Pass content (which includes DLC 1, 2, 3 & 4) will only be available for full download once released.

Am I reading to much into it

Yes, it says you don't get them until they're released.

 
Anyone else without a Vita unable to get Rainbow moon to show up for free? I even went to the SEN store on my laptop and it doesn't show up for free...says $14.99. I've always been able to claim the Vita PS Plus games in the past. Did they change it so that you have to have the system now? I was planing on getting one eventually. I see others have bought it for PS3 and it doesn't show up for Vita...I've never bought it for any system. EDIT: Never mind just refreshed SEN store now it's free.

Glad I finally heard someone that loved the first comment on this sequel. I thought people were certainly just bashing it harshly since I held Mercury Steam in high regard after the first game. I think I will pass on LoS2 since I have a huge backlog of AAA games. I was planning to get it the last few times it was $19.99, but glad I held off. Sucks for us that wanted more of the first game. I was actually turned off by the demo where you have to jump between the little dots.

I tried to play that Dungeons and Dragons game but I just don't find it fun at all which is strange because it kinda plays like Golden Axe and that is on of my favorite Genesis game.

Spelunky on the other hand is ridiculously hard. I had to take a break or else my controller would've been thrown out the window.

My "favorite" requirement to unlock a shortcut in the game is taking a key through 80% of it, without losing it and without dying. Balls-ass hard.

 
I've already rage quit Spelunky, cause after you are doing real well not getting hit and then you get a cheap ass ghost level, ugh.. kill that game.. kill it with fire!!!!!!!!

 
It seems I am able to repurchase Spelunky (already purchased vita version) under PSN+. This is not usually allowed. I hope I didnt lose my original transaction to the PSN+ one that will expire...

Has anyone else experienced this? It usually blocks me from PSN+ free games that I already own.

It happens all the time when they add a version later to something for cross buy, you usually have to rebuy it for free.

 
Spelunky is quite manageable once you become adept at it.  Give it enough runs and you'll start dreaming about it and be better in no time.  Also, I really recommend reading the Spelunky Survival Guide.  Additionally, Spelunkin' with Scoops (Patrick Klepek from Giant Bomb) is pretty entertaining for watching and learning the ins and outs.

Is the Driveclub ps+ edition linked to ps+ free october games?  Or will it be still available in november and so on? In other words, is it coming with the dust/spelunky/pix bundle or belongs to the warframe/blacklight/etc pack?

I had ps+ for a month and added Spelunky to my list of free games.  I no longer have ps+ but it still sees the game as purchased.  If I want to buy the game now, how do I do that?

Edit:nevermind, i purchased it while I had ps+ for a discounted price and not added as free game which only happened this month... derp.  Added my ps4 copy.

Watch some expert play on youtube. They intentionally get the ghost to show (it's on a time delay to prevent you from spending forever mining each level) and abuse its AI to make more money. It's easy to avoid once you're good.

PS - i dislike the game too, but it's clear it's god tier if you like the genre.

Some people asked me to report back on my Dualshock 4 controller repair under warranty.  As a refresher, Sony's repair site does not list PS4 accessories as a repair option, so I chose a PS4 repair and picked a random disk drive issue but listed in the comments that the controller R2 button is sticking.  They sent me a box to ship the PS4 in since they either didn't care about my comment or didn't read it.  I used their large box and their paid shipping label and only sent my DS4.  I just got an email stating that the "system" was serviced and is being returned.  So it appears this may be a decent solution to getting a controller under warranty repaired without having to pay for shipping.

I'll report back when I actually receive the shipment in case they didn't actually fix it.

Looks like you can only access the free DLC from inside the game.

Shadow of Mordor - Test of Power
