Why is the DLC for the Deep Silver Games (Dead Island and Saints Row 3/4) never on sale?  

I mean, I'd be willing to pay a buck or two for the DLC packs when the complete game is only $5-8, but since I already own and have beaten the base games, I have no desire to re-buy the full complete versions, even at those prices.

 
Interested in getting Sonic Generations. Is it worth it at $11.99 (PS+ price) or should I keep an eye out for a better deal? A Black Friday deal on the disc would be nice. Anyone have a recommendation for another good Sonic game? I know they are hit or miss.

Might as well if you don't really want the disc. I'm getting the racing game since Gamestop has never lowered the price of the damned thing in ages.

FINALLY! I don't believe Sonic 4 episode 2 has ever gone on sale. It came out 2.5 YEARS ago! I've been holding out since I bought the first one on PSN. I mean, it could've been cheaper, but at this point, it's not $15 right now.

EDIT: I just realized I waited two and a half years to save $9...

Must have if youre a sonic fan. I bought generations for full retail when it came out and wasnt disappointed. That and all-star racing transformed are really good games. I enjoyed the latter more than mario kart
 
Has anyone played Narco Terror? The price is right at $3 and I like the idea of being a death-dealing DEA agent. Unless you play as the bad guy in this game. Then you're just Scarface-lite.
 
It's pretty sad that I'm considering rebuying Sonic games on PSN that I already bought on Xbox Live last week since they're so darned cheap.  I didn't buy Sonic CD on Xbox Live, so I'm definitely buying that one.  And, I might even pick up Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

 
Well looks like a bunch of nothing for this week too. If the the next two weeks are like this this could potentially be the worst month this year for PSN between sales and free plus titles.

PSA: The Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate DLC packs on sale this week are also available in a special bundle for $15.99. Individually, the two packs are $10 (Nurses) and $12 (Training Gear) respectively, so [SIZE=14.3999996185303px]at basically $8 a piece, [/SIZE]the bundle is a much better deal. In spite of the fact that the two DLC packs are a part of the weekly deals, the bundle isn't listed in the weekly deals tab of the PSN webstore, so I thought I'd make mention of it.

Is Sonic Adventure 2 one of those trial + unlocks? I'm guessing it is since the full game and the "demo" are the same size, but I'd like to be sure.

I usually avoid spending more than $10 on a game digitally but I may have to make an exception with Sonic Generations. Tempted with Allstars Racing Transformed too but it's showing that I already purchased it on the store.

EDIT: Never mind, it's the Vita version. I'm thinking it must have been a PS+ freebie at one point because I've never really had an interest in the Vita version. Maybe I'll download it now and give it a spin to see if it's any good.

Dead island GOTY edition and Dead island riptide complete edition for 8.99 is a very good deal. But i have Platinum on both of those so I'm not sure if i want to make the purchase or not.

I'm not sure what the disc goes for now but it was $15-20 last I knew. Depends on how you feel about digital/physical.

As for other Sonic games, I'd grab Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection(disc only but $20 or less for a whole lot of games, comes with Sonic 1-3/Knuckles/Pinball/3D Blast and a whole lot of other great Genesis games). Much better deal than just getting Sonic 1-2 on PSN(even if you have them from plus already the collection is well worth it).

For anyone considering Sonic Adventure 2, you get the premium theme for free. It was only supposed to be for a limited time when the game first released, but they're apparently still giving it away.

For wrestling fans, you can now subscribe to the WWE Network on a monthly basis at $9.99 per month. New subscribers get November free.

It was patched fast, but the original firmware update broke rest mode for some people. When you put it into rest mode, it would look like it shut down but the orange light would blink rather than go solid. You needed to hold down the power button for like 15 seconds to reset it. They patched this quickly, thankfully.

 
Beat Binding of Isaac for the second time, getting through the extra two levels for the first additional ending. I'm enjoying this a great deal. I just wish the game had a codex of some sort to better explain what each of the hundreds of items does and other bits of information about various aspects of the game.

As far as what the items do, this cheat sheet may help, just hover over what item it is or type it in the top search. There are some spoilers as far as some of the items and unlocks go which may or may not make much sense just looking at the items in particular you are finding on a run.

I think it's a huge help though but spoilered the link just because of the possibility of spoilers because it shows all items (in picture form) and says what the item does and how it is unlocked.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind if there was a compendium that once you got something you got something and picked it up again you could check it.

I bought my Vita memory card when it was on sale after the holiday, but I think Gamestop had a sale during there Black Friday deals last year.
