I think he means he is writing next Monday's (Dec. 2) weekly plus update. At first I thought he meant he is writing the monthly update post (targeted for this Thursday but not confirmed), but that post doesn't talk about sale prices, only free games. So he pretty much has to be talking about next monday's weekly PS Plus post. Hopefully we'll get some sweet sales next Monday. And some sweet free PS+ games. And free booze!

That was also what got me interested. I really like the combat system (or lack thereof) in Ys Chronicles (I'm not sure if it is different in the others), where all you have to do is run at an enemy diagonally to land a hit. Fast and simple to understand, which are two things I can't say for many games in the genre.

You asked if the game was good or not. That's a yes or no answer. If you wanted to know why it wasn't good or not, then you should ask why and not get all pissy that the guy didn't jump to give you every pro and con of the game.

I'm sorry, I'll stick to asking this quarter sitting on my desk for opinions on things I'm considering since it will offer the same amount of rational thought. How silly of me to ask whether something was worth buying in a thread on a forum dedicated to such things and actually expecting something between one word and a full length review when dealing with a subjective question.

I played the entire thing in co-op with my kid. The auto split screen stuff can get a bit whacky, but that has always been the case since they stopped the if you fall off the screen you die stuff that the early games had.

I had no idea there was a Lego Movie game coming out either. My kid will be excited. After a quick search, it appears to list Vita as a platform.

Just got an e-mail from Sony about my password being reset due to "suspicious" activity.

Only 32 hours late.

A question for those who also had their password reset - did you recently link your Sony Rewards account to your PSN account?  

Besides getting my e-mail address from god knows what e-commerce website and trying to brute force it through, that's the only other way I could think that someone would know my e-mail address is linked to a PSN account.

That, or someone took the data dump from the PSN hack and is finally trying to use it.

I say "No" when someone asks for a yes or no recommendation of a game.  Usually a "No" says a lot more than just no, to me it means that there is very little redeeming value to the game and the answer "No" sums up my opinion without me having to waste my breath or time typing out other negative things.

It can be used in all different aspects of life when there's really no positives or plus-sides to what you are describing.  For example, you could ask me if I care about Snakeybro's opinion, and I would say "No."

Game of Thrones is worthwhile if you're a big fan of the series. The story is fun, the atmosphere is created well, it is just the gameplay is very mediocre. But for $5, it is good enough.

 
Finally a sale on Ys VII, but no Lunar... Wonder if Ys VII will ever go to Steam like the other games.

 
Here's an unsolicited opinion.

Nun Attack is not 'good' per se, but I played it to the end and had something resembling entertainment.  I recommend asking someone else if it's worth half an Amy because my judgement is clearly clouded having recently played Germinator and Amy..

Isn't there some way on the PSN web store to sort by genre?  I spent $39.99, so I want to spend another $20.01, but I can't remember what I want since there's no wishlist.  (Luckily it says "purchased" on stuff I have, or I wouldn't know that either since the download list makes me cry.)
