They also make a good point in the blog post that you can give the code to a friend that hasn't played it or a Ratchet & Clank game before, so there are a lot of reasons for including the game.

I'm not giving up on Okami. I just wanted to point out how bad that game is during the introduction since it's just non-stop story for twenty minutes that could probably be done in five minutes if they wanted to be more concise and user-friendly. I would've done something else if I knew that I'd run into that for the stream.

The people who insist the original PS3 is best are the ones whose primary use for the PS3 is playing PS2 games ... and running Linux, I guess.

 
Sorry I know this has probably been asked, but with the Storewide Cashback promo and the Playstation Plus get $10 back promo going on at the same time can I buy a year of Plus and a few other things to spend over $50 and end up getting $20 back in credit?

Yes it was and that was going to be the actual PS4 game to hold PS+ over for a while. Hopefully they step up and give some worthwhile stuff to make up for it.

I believe that as long as you add the $50 to your SEN wallet and then use that to buy the year of PS+ it should work.

Oh jeez, I forgot about this. Now that hard copies of Technika Tune are sold out, I suppose this is my best bet at getting the game. How to fill in that extra $5, though. Pinball tables?

 
The delays don't bother me at all. In fact, I would much rather they take extra time to make an amazing game than hype it up and release something mediocre. I have tons of AAA PS3 games still to play but am very excited for a PS4 specifically for the sports games and remote play. Don't have a Vita yet but if it works as they claim ill be buying one immediately. You mean I can play PS4 remote while watching basketball/football/hockey??? Um, yes please.

I can understand people wanting to wait but the price drops are going to take a while since they are already starting at a cheaper price than XBox. To each his own.

The entire art style is phenomenal. Many of the bosses are interesting. The writing is solid (if not waaaay to expository).

There's plenty of great things about the game even if it's not quite classic people claim it is.

Yeah, I'll be excited if the interface works well and has updated netflix/hulu apps since the ps3 is our go to for that sort of thing. I can wait for some games if I have to, it'll take me forever to get through AC4 anyways.

 
Some of these games on sale interest me, but I just can't justify buying a game when I have so many others to play. I'm so not a Cheap Ass Gamer.

Kung Fu Rabbit is so awesome. I ran through the first 2 1/2 worlds (out of 3) in one sitting and will probably do the last 1/2 world and bonus levels in another sitting.
 
can anyone tell me more about battle of tiles ex , spelunky and the sanctum 2 game . i want all 3 but would like more info , and is tiles overpriced at 14 bucks? looking for the on with replay value , thanks !​
 
Okami and Devil May Cry.....ugh. I shouldn't but the deal is solid. I don't even have my ps3 on me, it is in storage. But Okami is a game I always wanted to play and I wanted to play the entire trilogy of DMC. Ughghghg. Choices. Waste of money? Have fun if I ever get it out of storage? Oh my my my.

Play the demo for Battle of Tiles EX. The demo pretty much says it all as it is pretty much the first level but timed on how far you reach. The full game has more variety of enemies tiles to take.

Can't say for the other games but that game is one of the most addictive game I've come across. As for the price, while I do love it, it really should have been less than $10

Well the secret levels really ramped up the difficulty in Kung Fu Rabbit, I can only imagine how tough Hardcore mode is gonna be. I also made the first 13 of the secret levels harder on me because I didn't know dressing as the Mexican rabbit meant you couldn't equip a skill and I always have the Sword Master one equipped.
 
If I put 50 bucks on my PSN wallet, will this be enough to get my 10 dollars back? Of do I have to spend 50 dollars regardless of my wallet amount?

You have to spend $50 out of your wallet.

If you're paying with CC or PayPal, it works because it's treated as funding your wallet first, then spending from that.

Thoughts on Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls? It's on sale at £5.49 in EU. Works out to $8.24, which is a bit more than half of what we have it here for.

 
they really should just release a SFxTK Ultimate pack which has game and all DLC, at least the characters and a costume pack for $19.99 on Plus

I've got to come back to that one as I only finished the first couple worlds I think and did the Mexican for the trophy. Pretty fun little game.

I've somehow managed to avoid The Walking Dead game/series entirely so I'm playing through it now on Vita to see what all the fuss is about. It wouldn't be one of games if the year but it is enjoyable and unique, if emotionally manipulative in its choices/outcomes.

Here's hoping for one more decent sale before PS4 launches. I really wonder what Plus is going to be like for it after that first month now that it's a required multiplayer thing.

I really enjoyed the Walking Dead experience, but I can not call it a game. It falls into the same category as Heavy Rain did for me. More of an interactive movie than it is a game. There just is no gameplay elements except the QTEs on occasion. With that said, I loved both of those and I look forward to play Beyond later since I assume it is similar. I also plan to rent Walking Dead for Vita from Gamefly to go through it again to change my decisions and see how it changes the outcome (and also to pad my trophy list for the competition I am in).

Totally agree, although you get to do mild tapping on Vita! If I'm reading the trophy list right it looks like you get a Platinum just for going through all 5 episodes. I haven't played it on console but it seems like a perfect title for Vita. You can do everything on the touchscreen and it's perfectly natural.

You do. Assuming you finish the 5 episodes you get a plat. You do not have to do anything but play the story. The Vita version and the PS3 version are separate lists do you can double up on them. The DLC had a couple trophies that were not just story completion based though. I doubt I would get that again for the Vita though but I might since I got the PS3 version as a free rental from RedBox and will get the Vita version as part of a Gamefly subscription I got as a gift. Sending $10 total to the developer doesn't sound like a bad idea for that enjoyable of an experience.

Interesting to hear it is all touch screen. It will make it more fun to go through again with a change in the gameplay.

 
capcom arcade cabinet is pretty fun if you are 30 like me and remember some of these games. lots of games for the price, some are easy, some are really freakin hard. something for everyone. lots of gold and silver trophies, one of each for every game. some games take 10 -15 minutes to beat, some will take much longer.
