HD has no online trophies :)

 
I just added Spelunky to my cart and it only shows the regular sale price and not the Plus sale price. Should I just click buy and assume the sale price will appear during check out along with a free pony ride, or should I have patience like a young grasshopper?

Your first mistake was actually looking at the price. You should just blindly click your way through, and it will all work out.

Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus has an Xmas gun that turns enemies into snowmen and other such things while playing a jingle, so you can make any situation into a holiday situation.

 
man, my ps plus subscription hasn't offered shit since PS4 launched. Really? $16 for an indie game that looks like THAT? Why, because it's on next-gen? 99% of indies are $15 WITHOUT a discount.

Yay I paid $50 to play call of duty online and see what my friends play....I knew Plus was too good to be true - they jsut wanted to sucker everybody into the PS4 era and then allow the deals to slowly taper off.

Not really - I constantly play my PS4. And I still have my PS3. Failing to see how I'm a sucker when I can still partake in the same exact deals you can. I'm just saying I'd much rather they support, oh I don't know, their new est hardware and most loyal customers. But that's just me.....

Not really - Sony puts newer and new games on sale for Plus Members constantly. They just did it this week for PS4, actually. Though my argument was that it's stop much to begin with, but that's another discussion.

So adding on the fact that they do indeed put new games on sale for plus members, my core argument is unaffected: it would be wise for them to make PS4 synonymous with PS Plus but as of now, there's no real reason to get it...other than to play games online - the very thing that Sony bashed MS for years for doing (but that's yet another discussion)

 
Anyone know when the $10 for buying $60 on BF weekend is supposed to show up in your Inbox? Bought the $60 PS4 warranty plus the $5 DC Universe Online bundle so was curious. Thanks in advance.

If you love the console versions, then you'll like this one, but much less. I found it very repetitive and boring, but figured that's the usual fair with most AC games anyway. It's cool to see what the handheld can do. But as an engaging, original game...not so much

Pretty sure PS4 and PS+ are already synonymous because you need it to play online in the first place.

oh and the mutiplayer is literally the worst thing anyone has ever created ever. there was also a permanent save corrupting bug in the original version on the vita, so make sure you patch before you play.

Actually, I've never played any of the AC games, mainly cause I didn't get a PS3 until last year. Is AC Liberation something I can jump in without having any knowledge? If so, I'll probably wait until the HD release has a sale or price drop. In addition, which of the games are essential? And which should I jump skip over?

Back on topic, not sure if I can resist the One Piece 2 deal, I'll admit I'm a Dynasty Warriors fan, but their other franchises have been hit or miss, I wasn't really into Fist of the North Star for example. Ni No Kuni, I'm going to pass, as tempting as that is I don't recall being wowed by the demo and I'm not the biggest JRPG fan.

wait for the HD release of liberation to drop in price, although it is 100% playable without previous AC experience. while waiting, find a cheapass copy of AC2 or AC brotherhood (or the ezio trilogy if you have time on your hands). you'll know in the first hour whether or not you like the games.

I'm personally a proponent of playing AC1 first just to appreciate the massive improvement that is AC2, but making that statement always swerves this thread straight off a cliff so I'll avoid it for now.

edit: just to keep things on topic, I might pick up the umvc3 costume packs for kicks. and assassin's creed 3 is my favorite installment in the series.

I do and have the same problem. They updated the app yesterday, so I suspect the new code doesn't like some CAG settings. I've been using the mobile browser version all day and it's quite horrible.
