I have no data cap so was thinking to be safe I would just delete the games and reload them to the external from the PS5.

There’s a demo. I’ve been playing that to get a feel for it, and so far it seems like edgy Dark Souls easy mode—feels like I’m being carried by the AI companions. I’m just in the intro portion right now, though. I like the character class system, seems like it’ll be possible to switch between builds on the fly pretty easily.

I'd get the deluxe edition if I didn't prefer physical, so hopefully I can snag one at my local GameStop that's still factory-sealed. Doesn't look like there's a chance of getting a price match at Amazon since they're out of stock.

Honestly the DLC for Code Vein is pretty bad, probably not worth the time/money. If you can find a cheap physical vanilla it's well worth it, the main game is fun.

Well, my trip to Wal-Mart for $4 Code Vein was a bust, despite Brickseek and the store's own inventory showing 2-3 copies. I know stock numbers are often wrong, but I had hope. It was, of course, one that was quite a distance away, too. It didn't help that the rather lovely woman in electronics would absolutely not allow us to look at the random games scattered on the floor of the cabinet, despite she herself opening it to place items inside. Gotta love Wal-Mart!

I did walk away with toilet paper (people in my area are panic buying again), some sour cream, and a milkshake for my husband, as thanks for accompanying me

Anyone on the fence for Miles Morales, I got my hands on it and I knew the impression that it was more like Spider-Man dlc than a full game. It is, it’s fun with a minor new mechanics so I’d put it at about $20-$25. Solid dlc, about 7 hours then all the additional collection things.

It was definitely not as good, and STILL no MP support even after people literally modded JC2 to have it. Game was insanely fun with people online just trolling everywhere lol.

Also, unlike the similar PSN credit deals at Dollar General in the past, you can buy multiple cards in a single transaction and get the discount on each card. Picked a few up yesterday as well, and it was a pretty painless process. Wish it were 20% off like in years past, but it’s so rare for PSN credit to dip 15% or more that it was too hard to pass up.

I'll disagree and say it was well worth the $50 I paid for it. I enjoyed it even more than Spider-Man (a game I loved) and it will be high up in my favorite games of the year.

Yeah, it wasn't a bad transaction. I brought cash since the debit card reader is funny at that store. I might go back, but I haven't been buying much on PSN lately. Also, I hate how the PS3 and Vita stores have been removed from the PSN website. That pisses me off.

Yeah, you would think the web version of the store would be the most comprehensive of them all, covering all the platforms. But I guess Sony’s gonna Sony until Microsoft forces them to do otherwise. I’m all for healthy competition, and I hope Microsoft picks up more market share this generation, so that each company has to more actively compete for players. It took the 360 beating the brains out of the PS3 (along with Sony’s network breach) early in that console generation for Sony to introduce the PS+ service with monthly games. And eventually that perk bled over to Microsoft as well when Sony started becoming more competitive, and everyone benefited. Hoping that back-and-forth continues this generation and that consumers win no matter their choice.

As for the Family Dollar deal, for those leaning towards digital-only libraries, or those gravitating towards the digital version of the PS5, it’s the equivalent of getting free money. I hope anyone/everyone in that situation is able to capitalize. However, looking ahead, I wonder how often we’ll continue to see these types of deals—whether they become more regular, or whether they go away entirely, because a growing segment of the gaming population is locked into the digital-only market. I hope it’s more the former than the latter.

Feels more than a dlc to me but then again it’s been a long time since I played the original. All that snow, ray tracing, new moves, cat, these little things add up to me and makes this a bit different. This game is eye candy and haptic feedback is great with this game but sadly it has crashed on me twice and they were the worst crashes I’ve had yet so I’m not gonna be playing/finishing it any time soon

Sales on psn currency have been steadily drying up these days. A year or 2 ago you could get a pcgamesupply psn 10$ card for 7-8$ since they'd be on sale at least once a month. Now they are rarely on sale if at all. Raise is prettymuch the only place to get a sale anymore outside of dollar/drug stores for physical cards. And raise at most does like 14% off.

It's automatic. Any credit is applied first and the total after that is charged to the default card on file.

I don't know if Alienation or Fat Princess Adventures are on sale but they're both 4 players and my kids enjoy playing them with me.

They are vastly different experiences.
